Article Author Guidelines

"Articles Cloud" aims to provide publishers and readers with high quality, original content. To ensure that your articles meet our criteria, please use the following guidelines when producing content to be published:

General.

1. All articles must be original articles.
2. Do not include any affiliate program links.
3. Submit your article to one category only.
4. Submit your article once only. Multiple submissions of the same article will not only result in the article being removed, but it can also lead to the membership being suspended. You can edit a previously published article, but each article must be present in single copy.
5. All contact information should appear only in the author's bio.
6. Articles that are advertisements, or appear to be advertisements, will be considered spam and will not be approved for publication.

Content and Formatting.

1. Author name:
   • Don't use your website or firm-name as the author name. Your author name should not appear in the title of the article.
   • Author's name should consist of first name and last name.
   • Author's name may be his pen-name, but a pen-name must consist of first name and last name.
   • Author's first name and last name - both must necessarily begin with an uppercase letter.
2. Author Bio:
   • Must contain accurate information about the author as human, not about the firm or business.
   • Bio content must be unique. Don't submit Bio content that is placed on other websites.
   • Bio shouldn't be like an advertisement.
   • Bio shouldn't contain listings of key words.
   • Should be written from a third party.
   • May contain up to 3 links. Do not include links to affiliate programs of any kind. All links should be working. Upon detection of broken links, we may suspend your account.
   • Words and characters limits: number of words from 100 to 250: maximum number of characters - 2500.
   • Bold, italicize, or underline only text that needs to be emphasized, not the entire Bio.
   • Use correct punctuation and grammar.
3. Article Keywords:
   • Must be specified for each article.
   • Must be comma separated.
   • Don't put a comma after the last keyword.
   • Number of keywords: minimum - 1, maximum - 10; optimally from 3 to 5.
4. Article Title:
   • Must be of high quality and match the content of the article.
   • Must have a length of up to 150 characters.
   • Should contain as minimum 1 keyword from specified keywords list.
   • Should not be simply a list of keywords.
   • Should be written for humans, not for search engines.
   • Use the correct punctuation and grammar.
5. Article Meta-Title:
   • Must be of high quality and match the content of the article.
   • Should be up to 65 characters (to be fully visible in search results).
   • Should contain as minimum 1 keyword from specified keywords list.
   • Should not be simply a list of keywords.
   • Should be written for humans, not for search engines.
6. Article Description (Summary):
   • Must be of high quality, and briefly describe the article.
   • Must have a length up to 150 characters (to be fully visible in search results).
   • Use the correct punctuation and grammar.
   • Should be written for humans, not for search engines.
7. Article Body:
   • May contain up to 5 links. Do not include links to affiliate programs of any kind. Upon detection of broken links, we may stop article displaying.
   • Number of words should be from 500 up to 2500.
   • Should contain as minimum 1 keyword from specified keywords list.
   • Don't put the Article Title or Article Meta-Title to Article Body.
   • Don't put the Article Description to Article Body.
   • Bold, italicize, or underline only text that needs to be emphasized, not the entire article.
   • Use the correct punctuation and grammar.
   • Should be written for humans, not for search engines.

Personal data and links to external resources

1. Email addresses:
   • We did not show the email addresses of the authors and provided at registration, but you agree that these addresses may receive a letter from both the administration of the site and from its services, servants for feedback to the author.
   • To prevent of email spam, do not list your email address nor in the Bio or in the Articles.
2. Images:
   • Please, use only images that owned by you or distributed under a Creative Commons License.
   • Please, use only images located on Flickr or other public special services.
   • Please, make sure that the used images permanently available (visible in the browser) to any web user.
3. Videos:
   • Please use only the videos that owned by you or provide the embed code.
   • Please use only videos located on YouTube.
   • Please make sure that the used videos are always available (visible in the browser) for any web user.
4. Links to media:
   • All links must strictly comply with the specified media resource, and be working.
5. Links to external articles RSS feeds:
   • All links should be working.
   • RSS feeds should be feeds of articles or blog posts, but not news feeds.

Illegal/Objectionable subject matter

1. Family Safe Content Only: We do not allow articles on pornography, escort services, sex toys, violence, illegal subjects (such as movie downloads), potentially dangerous information, or hate speech. This includes both written and visual material. This is by no means an exhaustive list, and "Articles Cloud" reserves the right to reject any article.
2. Articles cannot include plagiarized material from any other person or source. You must own 100% of the article you publish.
3. Articles should not link to or promote online gambling sites.
